2024 Macbook Pro Production Design
The fall 2024 introduction to the new Macbook Pro included a variety of creative concepts and messaging regarding Apple Intelligence, enhanced battery life, and M4 chip performance.
My team forged together to create animated banners across U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific markets to hit awareness and low/mid-funnel marketing goals. In total, we created around 150 assets.
For design, I ensured all elements (logo, headlines, hardware, call to action button, and legal line) were perfectly placed to specifications. Design was then passed to superstar animators to add motion. I then reviewed and approved animated exports.
iPhone 16 Pro Launch Campaign Production Design
The iPhone 16 Pro launch messaging focused on “the first iPhone built for Apple Intelligence” and scope of my team’s work included static DV360, display, social, companion banners, and end cards.
Working with two other designers, we perfected over 800 assets across U.S., Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific markets for multiple mobile carriers.
In many instances, we even had to customize the glow behind the hardware image to align to specs!
iPad Pro 11 Launch Campaign Production Design
The megaphone message of the iPad Pro 11 launch was showcasing the thinness of the product. My team’s task was to perfect the initial batch of assets for U.S., followed by localization for Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific markets.
Custom specs with precise safe zones were required for most platforms, and careful considerations were needed for the gradient headline and its reflection in select assets.
In total, myself and one other designer produced around 400 pixel-perfect assets to align with both Apple and publisher requirements.
iPhone 15 Pro Reveal Campaign Production Design
Ramping up to the reveal of Apple’s iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, I created numerous digital assets for use across multiple global markets.
Sub-pixel precision was required to execute each asset – note the optical centering of a camera lens, product, or logo lockup vs. mathematical centering of the call to action button.
Precise spacing between all elements and margins were also crucial to honor Apple’s esteemed brand standards.
iPhone 15 Newphoria Campaign Production Design
For Apple’s Newphoria campaign (“New camera. New Design. Newphoria.”), I created digital assets for use across multiple global markets.
Pixel precision was key to execute these images, as also described above in the iPhone 15 Pro campaign above this section.
Apple Mac Campaign Production Design
Apple launched an “on Mac” campaign that highlighted 3 stories of users employing Mac products: Dance – an innovative e-bike subscription service, Jason Terry – a astronomy researcher, and Pink Pantheress – a musical artist.
For these campaigns, I pieced together elements to build each hardware image, including program windows, menu bars, and the Mac dock. I also produced localized variations of each screens, which involved adjusting all elements according to the new text lengths in provided translations.
The hardware images were then crafted into numerous sized placements for multiple locales.
