Therabody Intranet Design & Creative Resource Management
As the Creative Project Manager at Therabody, one of my top goals within my first year was to build and evangelize a creative resource touchpoint for everyone within the company to have easy access to.
Using the company’s existing intranet platform (Salesforce’s Simpplr) used more widely by HR, I built the company’s first Creative Resources intranet, serving as the source of truth for design, branding, video, and photo guidance.
I manually built out each page and worked with Therabody’s Head of Production and two Creative Directors to ensure all resources and information were accurate and approved for company-wide distribution.
Therabody Digital Design for Paid Media
Although my role at Therabody was to quarterback the workflow and delivery of projects amongst 7+ designers, I also produced design assets during busy seasons.
For example, the Paid Media team based in the UK desired to execute a last-minute campaign. Although there were existing assets to use, I suggested an entirely new look and feel for these carousel images.
The new direction was approved by the media team, creative directors and the Director of Marketing, and I executed numerous localized variations for multiple markets.
During a monthly update from Therabody’s media agency partner, they revealed these particular assets garnered the highest click-through rate amongst recent Therabody campaigns!
